A qualitative self‑study approach was employed in 2024, wherein personal interactions with narrative AI, entertainment AI, and image AI were documented and analyzed for patterns of emotional response, dependency, and cognitive effects. This original methodology provided insight into the psychological and behavioral impact of prolonged AI interaction.
In the current stage of research (2025), the methodology has been expanded beyond the initial self‑study. This now includes more structured findings using my own AI system and the incorporation of results from other users through surveys. By combining personal experimentation with external participant data, the study adopts a more systematic approach, allowing for clearer categorization of outcomes and comparative analysis across different user groups.
